Big Bass Lake Realty has been created to develop a boutique realty company to exclusively serve the needs of the Big Bass Lake community.

Big Bass Lake Realty will operate only as a Seller’s Agency.

The creation of this entity will offer an aggressive, motivated, ethical and professional alternative to the owners of Big Bass Lake homes in the development.

Our Pocono real estate company will:
(1) sell resale homes
(2) rent vacation homes
(3) rent homes long term
(4) sell home sites and
(5) assist in the sale of new construction.

Big Bass Lake Realty will adhere to the following:

1. List only homes that are reasonably priced and we truly feel are saleable.
2. List homes for a period of four months, one third the time vs the normal 12 months creating a need to aggressively sell the listing.
3. List no more than five homes within a price range to give our client better coverage and attention.
4. Charge our clients one third less in commission.
5. Never list a property we do not intend to show or sell.

Early sales will be attained from referral leads having sold multi million dollars worth of Big Bass Lake property for the past fifteen (15) years.

A mailing campaign to the owners will be developed.

A state of the art website will be designed and implemented within four (4) months to increase customer sales.

A team of professional brokers and sales people will be developed in the Pocono and Stroudsburg area to co-broke our listings.
